Refund policy

Due to copyright laws, any printed material, including charts and kits, cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of fabric or fibers. We will gladly accept the return of other products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will be accepted for return.
